I need help with modding NBA 2k14

Hey! I just want to learn how to make a media table (To split the scores table). Because Suns, Raptors, Pistons, Cavs, Nuggets (with proof) have them on their court. if you guys can give me a files I will use it or if you guys can just teach me. Thanks. Also the teams i listed are the ones that have it in real life but dont have it in the NBA 2k14.

I need help with modding the arenas, Im trying to fix up the arena by fixing the backboards, and changing up some dornas and scores tables (see above) but i dont know what tools to use to edit this things. If you can help me I will be happy .
