How do you set different home/away color shoes for players to wear? Please dont tell me that a player has the wear the same shoe and color shoe for home/away games. Its definitely different from 2k12, so can anyone help me explain the new way

The best way to get home and away color schemes would be to edit the shoe, making the primary color the main focus of the shoe. That way, you'll at least have the white-black color scheme correctly.

If you have RED MC you can slightly change primary, secondary and tertiary shoes colours, for home and away versions (few last columns in player edition tab). Also Vlad's movie about 2k14 shoes system might be helpful : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nVA0E8AknY
