Had an idea to do something like this for fun if anyone is interested. We could hold a vote on categories, and after a certain period determine a winner. It would be a good way to bring attention and appreciation to all the work the modders do on here, and could be useful to look back each year if someone wants to see what the very best mods were for that specific year. Instead of yearly it would be done from each release cycle, going roughly from October to October.

Modder of the Year: Phoenix, for the sheer amount of cyberfaces he produced, and the attitude towards people who made requests.

Real Life Roster of the Year: Med.

CF Maker of the Year: Kidow (before he started making NG faces).

CF of the Year: Harden by Kidow

Global of the Year: SJ's (I don't remember the exact name, it was the one before Reign).

I'd also like to make two more categories, maybe you'd want to add them to your initial post

Jerseys of the year: The King

Floors of the Year: Stoeck

It's ok, it was a great idea to begin with. I just think that only a few people visit this forum at the moment. Most are probably playing 2k15, and the ones who play 2k14 are probably visiting the releases subforum.
