How to fix gamepad input lag?

I have a generic gamepad but I've changed the name in
registry to map as LogiTech Dual Action. I'm experiencing an input lag, especially in rebounding and blocking..thats why I'm getting hard time on right timing when to jump..hehehe....the delay is almost 1 second. Has anyone has a way to fix it?

Got it fixed long ago, FLIP QEUE LIMIT= 1 but u must have good pc specs to overcome stuttering....
