Weird face problem with Cliff Alexander only on the bench??

Only happens when he is on the bench. Doesn't happen when he's in the game or any other time (in the huddle, pre game etc). I have RED MC, but I don't know how to fix it. I'm using Alby's roster. How do I find out what his ID is in the portrait.iff? Is there a way to search? It looks like there may be two portraits assigned to him. It's a portrait problem not a CF problem correct?

Any help is appreciated.

Im guessing it's a lo_model problem. Try importing another one for the headshape.

Ok thanks. I have no idea how to do that but I will try to figure it out. Any ideas how to do it?

When you open the .iff file of Cliff using the 3dm mod tool, you can see there at the bottom that it has 2 things listed there (47F01028) and (5321A79E). What you need to do is open any .iff file and then export his 5321A79E or his 2nd headshape. Go back to your Cliff Alexander.iff and click on his 2nd headshape model (5321A79E) and click import then select the headshape of the guy that you just exported.

ok i can follow that. I got Blender and 3DM. 3DM is all in chinese. Blender doesn't open, looks like it's a python file. Is it faster just to send me a known good .iff for him and I can overwrite mine?
