2k14 keeps crashing when starting a game

Just yesterday, whenever I would try to start a game, 2k14 would crash and only occasionally would it work without crashing. I put in original files for anything I had changed around the time the problem started happening but the crashes continued. Is there any thing in specific that could be causing this? I have the latest UBR files, 14-15 V6 roster files, and custom music and album cover files.
