Roster without the stars.

Can somebody perhaps create a roster that has all the teams without their main stars and best players? (So basically teams have just the role players and rookies (possibly free agents for the number just so it can be playable in association)) while all the best players are deleted. I'd try it myself but I'm not good with editing rosters, nor have i ever done that.
