RESIZING DDS FILES! NEED HELP!

So, as said in the subject.. i really need some help in resizing DDS files like.. "Cyberfaces, Jerseys, Court/Floors". eg: Like resizing a basic cyerface dds from "512x512 to 2048x2048" .the mod tool i use is the "NBA2K12 3DM MOD TOOL" and the editing software i use is "ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS5" oh, and i also installed the DDS plug-ins in photoshop so.. yeah. PLEASE HELP!

Actually, i'm gonna resize the whole texture. just like what amarowade is doing in his CF's. i tried doing that before and when i put it back to 3dm, it crashes. telling me the error sign and the only option i have to choose is continue, or quit. sorry if i'm not quite clear at what i said in the subject hahaha.
