Is there any Court/Floors tutorials here regarding making customized court/floors? thank you for answer!

It's the same progress. Just have to replace textures in the .iff file

Download this psd:
Use photoshop, gimp whatever you want that can save in dds later on.
It will have a 4096x4096 psd texture of the whole court, you can use this for your court creating.

Use nba2k12 3dm mod tool:

Court iff file base that you can use: you need to use the downloaded mod tool to open these iff files.
