"The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll." What steps can I take? Uninstall an ENB or something?

*edit 1-- Uninstalling GeForce experience from your computer will make it work. You guys probably already know the fix though
