Is there a tool to Change skin tones to existing players ?

So tittle says it all Please help if u can

By skin tone, do you mean the arms?

I mean to change the whole body
im not sure about the head because its a cyberface but can you change the arms and legs ?
Edit In the next gen version Andre Igoudala Skin tone is darker and in the current gen it is lighter so i want to know is there a way to change his skin to the next gen skin ton version

You can only edit the legs skintone. Face and arm are part of the CF so you'd have to manually darken the textures.

Oh Ok do you know if there is a tutorial for doing that ?

To darken the textures? Just use Photoshop or GIMP and mess around with the contrast, brightness, levels, and curves settings.
