Remove duplicate players?

For some reason my edited roster (UBR V18) has multiple Chandler Parsons on the mavericks roster.

also when i view the rockets roster he still shows up on that team but has the mavericks logo. (see photo).

When releasing to FA pool he still stays on the Rockets team, but says he's already in FA. How do I fix this. anyway it can be done in REDitor? Also in REDitor there is only one Parsons player in the pool w/ the team ID being the mavericks...

I'm completely lost...
