CTD Issue

Hey I have a new problem again. After playing 2k14 this morning it always crashes to desktop it always happen before jump ball and during the intro when you do a quick game there is no audio of the guy that says " Hello everyone this is 2k sports....blah blah" . I've also tested it also in 2k3 and get the same issue. What do you guys think that cause this problem?
