My Career crash in the third season

Can anybody please take their time to help me with this problem i've been having.I played several my career saves and on everyone the game crashes to desktop in the third season when i click play next game.I've tried re-installing the game and everything but to no avail,everytime i progress to the third season in my career this problem comes up and i cannot get over it.
