Draft Class(es) with the worst ossible players

Can somebody make a draft class or two with randomly generated players with all the skills as low as possible. I'm inspired by this idea and want to try it out - http://www.sbnation.com/nba/2014/6/3/57 ... basketball

making all the ratings = 25 in the generated rookie template tab of RED MC causes crashes, that was my simple idea
