All-Star game has pre-selected 2013 players?

I'm playing season mode and I get to the all-star game but the players have the 2013 all-star players and the players are not chosen based on the in-game season that I am playing. Does anyone know why this is happening? I am assuming that I downloaded a roster from here and the creator has it set up to just use 2013 all-star players. How do I change it so that it's generating players based on how they are doing in my season and not just use the 2013 all-star players automatically? I hate it when people create nice roster but does stupid edit like this that messes up the function of the game.
