Help nba 2k14 not working on pc

hey can someone please help me i have searched and cant find anything i end up deleting all the files in the nba 2k14 folder and then uninstalled it and installed it again and it comes up with this error (nba2k14.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience) and down the bottom it says if you were in the middle of something. the information you were working on might be lost please help me

Try reinstalling it again. If it still doesnt work, try tunning it as an administrator

Yeh i have tried that doesn't work now with administrator i have ran it as my name and it says my name/ administrator, so is there anything else i could do to fix it ?
