Is there a list of player ratings from the first NBA2K game to NBA2K14?

Well for anything before NBA2K9 we can use NBALive as replacement, since before NBA2K9 there was no PC version so extracting information was much more difficult. I talked to the creator of UBR and he says its possible for users to contribute to ratings/potentials from each draft class. I think the players potentials should match their peak overall ratings, so a list of all players ratings from each NBA2K game will be very helpful.
