Issues with the game

Guys, everytime, i download NBA 2k14 game i have same issue: for some reasons i haven't, or can't see, any words in menu, only arrows. PC is accords minimum technical requirements. I will be really thankful if someone can give me any advises

No i have, EU licensed CD,

Then I'm guessing you mean install, rather than download.

If your PC just meets the minimum requirements, then there could be an issue with your video card. Failing that, you might want to get in touch with 2K Support over on support.2k.com.
