Is it possible to activate the playoff logo offline on the courts?

Hi guys , I wondered if anyone knows how to activate playoffs/eastern/western conference finals/finals logo which practically every court has,but it takes somekind of script or a download to activate it.

I'm talking about playing a quick game with one of these logos ;

For example,when you have online connection,and you download the latest ''NBA Today'' you can play a play-off game if there are playoff games scheduled on the day you're playing,and they all have the playoffs logo,so the thing I'm asking is,what is that file which is downloaded within NBA today which unlocks one of those logos?
