Ways to Edit Cap Space in Association/Season Modes

I haven't been around for awhile, but I was trying to look around to see if we had anything that lets you edit the cap space for teams in association or season modes. I don't want to ask this in the other 2K games threads but I could also use this stuff for 2K11 & 2K12.

I just edit the players in my team. In the Salary Tab or something like that, I lower the salary every year for me to acquire more players. You can also edit the players on the other team

Yeah I know that's an alternative, but I thought see if we had and resources to edit the cap numbers for the teams, I know the old Live games have methods to do it so I'd thought I'd ask.
