Any easier way to edit generated coaches?

I'd like to ask if anyone has found a way to edit the coaching profiles of generated coaches in association(the ones with generic names and faces) and assign playbooks etc.I know that in RedMc in the Staff section there is a way to edit coaches ,assistants,scouts etc. but everything in their coach profiles is in hex values and i can't easily find out if a staff member is a coach or assistant or scout etc.

Has anyone found out an easier alternative?
