How to change skin tone?

I want to change the skin tone of a fictional cyberface that I downloaded in somewhere but I don't know how

You can use REDMC for that, if you're talking about the leg skintone.

You can change the skin tone using gimp or photoshop. Just export the face then colorize it same with the body then voila you're good to go
