Need help with flitzpiepe's Ratings Tool

flitzpiepe made an useful tool to be able to copy the ratings and tendencies from one roster into an another roster.

However my problem is that I cant figure out what to do after I run it.

and I really get confused. I wanna take ratings of UBR v5 .ROS and put them in 2k official roster.ROS
