Game crashes upon load.

NBA2K14 is the most quirky of the recent NBA2K series. The game won't load. It kicks me back to the Steam startup screen after trying to load it. I've ran system restore, verify cache and other options to try to get it to work. Nothing. I really don't want to keep re-installing it when this happens.

I did it and it worked. Thx bruh, what in the hell causes the shoes to screw up the game?
