How to put eyes on DDS file

Hey Guys!Can anyone who can help how edit Eyes on DDS files?Cause i'm making a cyberface.
If anyine who can help and i appreciate that :D

eye textures are located in the global file. Adding eyes to a cf texture will not work in game
