IS it possible for someone to make a mod that would allow gm firings, and also if you quit, you only get to pick from 5 worst ranked teams at that moment?

It seems so cheap that neither option is implemented and you can pick from all 30.

no, this wouldnt be possible with a mod. You would have to honor rule yourself with that.

if current record < previous record 2 years in a row - booted

may be also if half season record - only 30% < previous season's - booted

go to:

look at worst 5 teams and pick. Or random.
