Can 2k14 on PC look as good as next gen?

So I was pressured to buy a PS4 and I did. I was BLOWN AWAY with the smoothness and overall realism from the Next Gen version.

My question is: at the moment; are there enough mods to make the PC version look as good as that? If so, which would you say make the biggest impact?
