Blend Hair-Beard with created CF's

Hello everybody. I have a great "My career" 1st year pro SF in Boston Celtics which face is taken from grossorulez 's Chris Ferry viewtopic.php?f=149&t=92076).
I was wondering if there is a way to take hair or beard from another player and mix it with his face or make his face a little bit older in order to give a realistic way of progressive career. Which program (s) shall do this? if there's a tutorial it would make me happy. Thanks in advance
