using nba2kxmodtool, open pg000.iff (found in C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K14)
click the {1=1683207474} find SubFile DDS:12 then click ExportRes
edit your draft template
save as .DDS format - DXT5 interpolated alpha
