Nba 2k14 code problem

Hey guys!


I had windows xp on my pc and i installed nba 2k14 and cd key was working, then i update my operating system to windows 7 and then i entered cd code but its sad that cd key is allready in use....What can i do?

contact support.2k.com they will have to send you a new key

That said, I'm still trying to get a new key for my disc version of NBA 2K13 and it's been almost two months, with some very late and unsatisfying replies, despite providing them with all the information they've asked for. 2K Support sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

I did end up buying the Steam version when it was on sale, knowing that I'd probably want to play it again at some point, even if it was just to get a screenshot for an article. At this point, it's more about the principle of the thing.

Yeah, response time leaves something to be desired. That said, they are the only ones that can help you with this issue.
