Help with save directory

Purchased from Steam, if some of you computer savy folks can explain to me why my install created the save directory here (see attachment) instead of "Appdata>Roaming>2K Sports >NBA 2k14" I would appreciate it.

I also uninstalled/reinstalled and it did not work.

With that being said, I have no online data folder or any other folders to get updates. Just have the base game if I don't install mods.

All of the files you see I had to place there in order for the game to read them, when I created an "Appdata>Roaming>2K Sports >NBA 2k14" the game simply ignored it. Appreciate any help.
