CPU Rotations

I'm just playing 2k14 offline in playoff mode.

I set the opposing team player's minutes under "rotations", but the CPU ignores them.

Teams I play against give bad players minutes they would never get in the playoffs.

How do I make the CPU to use the rotations and player minutes I set in Playoff mode?

Did you set the rotations before or after you started the Playoffs? I believe the only way to get teams to use custom rotations is to control every team and just sim the games you don't want to play.
