need a tutorial for modifying texture size

hey jao or anyone with knowledge on this..do you have a tutorial on what to do with erixx method?i saw it on a post somewhere here before but cant find it.hope u can help me.i want to experiment on something.

did a tutorial but it came out terrible, will try again at some point. The text tutorial and the document that comes with it explains it very well though.
