[Help] NBA 2k14 Control Setting

It seems like with the release of next gen and the history of NBA 2k update, there will not be a patch to fix the passing controls without the pro stick. So is there a way to fix it yourself? And does anyone know if the control settings are located in a iff file so I can at lease try and work on it by myself. Thank you!
