Problem with 2k14

Hi, I dont know or this forum sections is for that, but
I played Nba2k14 with win7 before, and then i reinstall same windows7 and after reinstallation when I reinstall game too my nba opening in small window and u can hear lebron talking cutscene, but then nba crashes, any suggestions how to solve this problem? btw sorry for my bad english.
