Why does my dorna look like this?

I used the right compression, Why does it look like that?

Try using the 3DM 2k tool, bring both the iff and cdf to desktop, open the iff using 3DM, right click on the texture - the 3rd option is export and 4th option is import.

When finished hit the lettering top left of program, 3rd option to save file, name it anything, it will create a new iff and cdf, drag those to your 2k folder and name it to your dorna.
