Can't update (offline) NBA 2K14

What am I doing wrong?!
My gaming PC doesn't have internet so I update offline.
For some reason every time I load the newest roster the game doesn't show the new roster, it only shows the original roster.
What to do?

Update:
Can't load any roster, tried to load the 28th/27th Oct. offical roster and was not able to do that as well.
PLS HELP.

Some more details about the situation would help. Are you getting any error messages? Do you have any mods installed?

No error messages and no mods.
I enter the game, load the rosters and when I go to the manage roster section I notice that the ratings have not change and the missing players are still missing.

In what folder did you put the roster files in?

Files? there is only one roster file that I placed in saves. And there is also the other folder Online something.
All were place in Appdata\roaming\2k sports\nba 2k14

OK, I got online and updated the roster through the game itself (Features>2K Share>Download).
After saving the roster I went to manage roster and still no change.
My indication is Gal Mekel being in the game and D.Rose with 93.
What to do?

If you can get online, it's probably easier to just let the game download the latest update automatically.

Does the game update the roster automatically or I need to load the rosters?
I tried to download the rosters from the 2K share but still got the original roster that came with the game.

It updates it automatically.

Still nothing... DRose is 92 and no Gal Mekel for me.
Don't know what to do. Yet to receive any help from 2K Support also.

You don't happen to be using a pirated version of the game?

No, I use Steam.
