we can edit textures at their current resolution to kinda look like NG, but we will not be able to get a true NG appearance unless 2K releases the NG version on PC

I think its possible, that's probably the reason why nba 2k14 pc downloads are so cheap, it shouldn't be hard to port because they only changed the graphics

Porting a next gen game to PC is possible, but that's not what this thread was asking. It was asking if we could mod the PC version of NBA 2K14 - a current gen port - to look and be like the next gen version that will be coming on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
