Is there a way to Mass Edit Ratings in the Roster Files?

Is there a way to Mass Edit the Roster Files?

ex. All Players dunk ratings = 99
All Players Dunk Tendencies = 100

Now I did this last year using Leftos Tool but he cant make a new one
this year so is there any other way to do this? excel etc.....

not yet, but you can use slider edits to do the same thing
