Averaging 80-90 FPS

When I use the performance benchmark I average about 80-90 FPS is that normal?
I know the game is supposed to be running at 60 or 30.
Is anyone else averaging any higher or way lower?

I'm at 80 with maxed out settings + enb. The better your gpu the higher the frame rate.

Why would that be? I run it at 110-120fps, it's normal that it fluctuates like that, it depends on your rig.

It's in my signature. Nothing special but it certainly gets the job done.

Yes more FPS is always bad for games.
