Hey guys! I found a thread on operation sports about NBA 2k14 broken plays. Many of us noticed that the CPU AI sometimes or always just dribbles and let the shotlock run out. That is because of broken plays! (really 2k??) They have a list of working plays which i tested myself and it really change or improve gameplay a lot. You guys might want to check this out. I heard that these may change 2k14 gameplay a lot!
Can i post the link? coz im kinda new here.

I noticed this... is there away to upload playbooks. Or how do you make sure playbooks are save, is it with the user profile

All this work they're doing on rosters and playbooks and coach tendencies is nice, but it won't much matter for associations. If you want to play a single season, it will make the game better.
But in associations, teams change. To make them play according to the tendencies and skills of the players on the team, the coach tendencies and play books need constant updates/changes.
Example:
The current Lakers can play more like the real Lakers with the proper playbook and coach tendencies. But 10 years from now, in Association, when Kobe and Gasol and others are long gone, the team is different. Let's say we get a playbook and coach tendency combo that ensures Kobe gets the most touches and often scores the most points. 10 years from now, in Association, or even 5, the Lakers may have a top player who is a SF. But the playbook still favors the SG. Or they may have a top player who is the PF. But the coach profiles still favor the outside game.
Unless/until the game can adjust playbooks and tendencies and play based on the personnel on the team, tweaking rosters, playbooks and coach profiles is a never ending process that will forever take a majority of gamers' play time.

It seems odd there are so many non-functional plays in the game given that improved playbooks is one of the key features 2K touted.
"The deepest and most authentic playbook gets even deeper. Execute new half-court sets, experience improved spacing logic, and run updated team specific plays. "
