Editing iff files

I need a tool to convert the sizes for dds files from 256 to 1024 in the iff files 4 shoes or CFs

with the Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12 i only can import the same sizes

and the 3DM4.83 tool chrashes maybe someone can help me please thank you

we have to maintain file sizes, we cannot resize the textures like that

How to edit the tunedata.iff? I have read some forums and said that tunedata is the only way for now to be able to edit the gamesliders when in mycarrer mode. Thanks in advance!
