Cyberface problem.

Sun Oct 06, 2013 5:41 pm

Hello everybody, I am doing this topic because I have a problem with a texture that I edit for personal use based on one fictional made by PeterDaS4aint1313, so I dont think I need permission because I dont have any plan to post it.

As you guys can see, it's pretty bothering, happens on a game too, but when you zoom in the problem fixes by itself (no idea why this is happening).
If you guys can tell me why this is happening and how to fix it, i'll be gratefull :D

its because the texture does not have mipmaps generated. Try resaving the dds texture with generated mipmaps and it should be fixed.

and you are right, if you don't plan on sharing it, you don't need permission it edit it for yourself

If I select DX5 this jumps on when I try to replace it for the image on the png file with the 3DM:

Just change to DXT5 ARGB 8 bpp| interpolated alpha if it's cf textures or green texture, if you editing white textures 512x512 and 256x256 and hands save it DXT1 ARGB 4 bpp| 1 bit alpha.

I'm editing only the tattoos and even if I do this I have the same problem in-game from the beginning.
