I buy the games nba 2k14 today, I would change the face of my player (my career), put him face Allen iverson because i love this player ^^ , I do not know if this is possible in nba 2k14 now...

there is no ID or PNG file for players with generic faces, including created players, rookies, and MC players.

You need to use a trainer or some other tool to edit your player, to turn off the "generic face" value and give it a CFID.
