NBA 2K14- help needed

Hi guys,
First of all i'm an old fan of NBA2K and this forum and i've been "quite reader" of this forum for years and hope to contribute more to the community from now on.
I have a few questions regarding NBA2K14 PC:
1) Can you turn on playvision in myplayer (more correctly, is there a fix for this problem)
2) i play a lot at a locked position and i see my ai PG changes the playcalling a lot in middle of the attack. what slider might improve that?
As most of you are, i'm looking for as much as possible sim game so trying to tweek the sliders a little bit.
