i need help to buy this game

Where can I buy this game for PC via digital download and pay it in euros?? I found few sites but payable only in dollars or pounds...

All the prices are in US $ and I really hate to go to bank and change currency (it`s pretty complicated here in Eastern Europe). I have Visa card with Euros in the account, tried to buy it via Steam, but there is no preorder or any sign that PC version will be available soon.

maybe use paypal, its easy to change currency there
