What Dictates Who Has What Quick Actions (Right on D-Pad)

In my franchise, I just gave up tons of assets for Luka.
One thing I noticed that changed is when I press right on the D-Pad, Luka is now the “Y” option which means he is the one to cut to the basket when others have the ball….particularly my center. Thats strange, because it used to be my SG (whom I traded) who was very athletic.

When Luka has the ball, Luke Kennard gets designated to be the cut to the basket guy. That makes no sense because I’m usually running a four out with Trey Murphy III at the SF and Yvette Missi at the PF.

So what is dictating who gets designated as the cut to basket option on the d-pad (right)? I’d really like that to always be my most athletic finisher.
