How to find players portrait ID?

Hi everybody! My first post, need some help

I want to change some photos in portraits.iff. For example Dirk Nowitzki
So I'm finding PortrID in RED MC

It's 349.
Next I open Portrait.iff with NBA 2K Mod tool. And there's no photo of Nowitzki under number 349. I found him accidentally under Number 241

In 3DM there are only hex addresses, so I found him 325912459 = 136D078B hex, and here he is


But how can I found this real number (241) or address (136D078B hex) if I know from RED MC, his PortrID = 349?

There is no order in portrait.iff file.

But somehow modders can modify player in .ROS-file, set his PortrID, CF_ID and add portrait, which will be seen in the game.
Cyberface corresponds to CF_ID. That's easy.
There must be a way to know dependancy PortrID <-> Number in roster.iff (or address)
