Newbie Question about RED MC and .iff

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I just want to know if there's a thread or any helpful information of a complete tutorial or guide how to use RED MC. And also, are .iff of Draft Class (that use in Association mode) and the .iff of regular roster are different from one another? Cause I have two CF, like Andrew Wiggins, I have one from my 2015-2016 Roster that I downloaded before and one is from draft class that I used in association mode.
